2.2. Accounts with a 30-day money-back guarantee may be cancelled within 30 days of the start of the term. Written refund requests must be submitted to the HosterOcean.com Support Team within 30 days.

2.3. Refunds will be issued for service fees only. Domain charges, administrative fees, and any non-refundable products or services are excluded from refunds.

2.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the refund request.

3. Exceptions

3.1. Dedicated servers and administrative fees for custom software installation or support are non-refundable.

3.2. No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to violation of the Terms and Conditions.
