All requests for account cancellation must be submitted in writing or your primary email. It will be necessary for the customer to provide the real reason for canceling the account. At this time HosterOcean.com will attempt to respond to the customer’s needs in a positive way in order to meet the requirements, and needs of the customer in order to correct any issues and satisfy the customer.

Please note that if you have more than one web hosting account with us and only cancel one of them, the refunded amount cannot be transferred to any other of your web hosting accounts that you have with Solve it Consultants.

Refunds will be given for any type of payment (monthly and annual). All on-site and consulting services are not refundable.

YEARLY HOSTING REFUND

As for the yearly refund, we shall follow the following procedure of refunding you the yearly fee minus the first month of hosting at the monthly rate of your chosen hosting package.

MONTHLY HOSTING REFUND

A monthly hosting refund is only provided if the refund is being requested in the first 5 days of the monthly hosting period.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION REFUND

A domain registration charges can’t be refunded because it cost in our end also, however, all detail of domain will be provided to you.

The Refund Policy Does Not Cover

Fees for traffic over-usage paid according to web hosting Terms of Services. Refund is carried out at the customer’s expense.

MODIFICATIONS

HosterOcean.com reserves the right to modify the present refund policy at any time without any prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to check the website for any changes and modifications to the present refund policy.
